Cynthia Olouasa

Cynthia Olouasa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and policy analysis, currently serving as a Regional Policy Analyst at the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation since August 2022. Prior roles include Associate Programme Manager and South-South and Triangular Cooperation Analyst at UNDP-UNOSSC, where impactful contributions were made to promote South-South cooperation in Africa. Cynthia has also held roles as a Project Development Officer at the British Institute in Eastern Africa and Programme Coordinator at Vennskap Nord/Sor, focusing on partnership building and research initiatives.
