Raphael Avelar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, content management, and education. Currently serving as a Content Management Consultant at the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation since October 2019, Raphael previously worked as a Content Writer focused on social responsibility at ELEVATE Global. Experience also includes teaching English in China and Brazil, along with roles in market development and international marketing at various companies. Raphael holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Policy from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ibmec.
