Andre Lamere

Andre LaMere has a strong background in employment law and human resources. Andre began their career in 1996 as a Pricing Analyst at Northwest Airlines. Andre then worked at a law firm as a Partner from 2002 to 2011. After that, they joined SUPERVALU INC. in various roles, including Director of Employment Law and Associate General Counsel from 2012 to 2014, Vice President of Employment Law and Asset Protection from 2014 to 2016, and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2016 to 2017. Andre then served as SVP of Employment Law at SUPERVALU from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are SVP of Employment & Benefits Law, Deputy General Counsel at UNFI since November 2021. Andre has demonstrated a commitment to serving colleagues and driving results.

Andre LaMere received their J.D. in Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Andre has obtained certifications in Suspicion Indicator Recognition & Assessment as a certified trainer from Rozin Security in August 2019, as well as Advanced Threat Assessment & Management from Gavin de Becker & Associates in 2014.
