Crystal Johnson

Crystal Johnson is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as Communications Manager at UNFI since January 2020, Crystal focuses on the development and execution of internal communications to enhance employee engagement and alignment. Prior to this role, Crystal held positions such as Strategic Account Manager at Curtis 1000, where effective client interactions and project management were key responsibilities, and Communications Manager at SUPERVALU, where the focus was on enhancing employee awareness of business objectives. Crystal's professional journey also includes roles in merchandising, showroom management, corporate guest relations, and hotel management. Crystal holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
