Jisun Yang

Jisun Yang has extensive experience in data services and enterprise architecture. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Data Services at UNFI, where they shape the organization's data-driven strategy and ensure data quality and optimization. Prior to this, Jisun was the Director of Enterprise Strategy and Architecture at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where they led cross-functional teams to plan and deliver digital platforms and solution architecture. Jisun also held positions at Gilead Sciences, Thomson Reuters, and CenturyLink/Qwest/US West, where they played key roles in data enablement, governance, and enterprise architecture. Overall, Jisun has a strong background in data management, digital platforms, and enterprise strategy.

Jisun Yang has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Before that, they completed their MBA in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1995 and 1997. Jisun began their higher education journey by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Keimyung University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
