Mario M.

Mario M. has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mario currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at UNFI since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mars from 2016 to 2023 in various roles, including Vice President - Corporate CIO and Senior Director - Technology Strategy & Execution. At Mars, they were responsible for leading digital transformation, implementing SAP S4 Central Finance, and deploying advanced analytics capabilities using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and chatbots.

Before joining Mars, Mario worked at Chubb as an IT Consultant from 1998 to 1999, and at Philips as a Network Administrator from 1997 to 1998. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in cloud migration, global application support, and IT integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Mario M. holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University. Additionally, Mario has obtained certification in the Mars VUCA Essentials Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022.
