Robert Knychalski

Robert Knychalski serves as Senior Counsel for Corporate & Strategic Transactions at UNFI since October 2019, previously holding the position of Associate General Counsel at FGX International from March 2011 to October 2019. Prior to this, Robert was an Associate Attorney at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC from November 2007 to March 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. Additional education includes participation in the Executive Education Program at Texas McCombs School of Business in 2018. Robert completed secondary education at Chaminade High School.
