Brian Haile is the current CEO of Neighborhood Health and has extensive experience working in the healthcare industry. Before their current position, Brian served as the Senior Vice President for Health Care Policy at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. from February 2013 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and execution of programs and services surrounding the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Brian also served as the firm’s liaison with Federal and state agencies regarding ACA health programs.
In June 2014, Brian began working for the Tennessee Division of Health Care Finance & Administration as their Deputy Chief of Staff. In this role, they were responsible for developing contract and procurement materials, as well as leading implementation for new TennCare call center vendor, new CoverKids eligibility contractor, new eligibility redetermination services vendor, and new Pharmacy Benefits Manager contractor. Brian also designed and implemented the newborn presumptive eligibility program.
Brian’s experience in both the private and public sector make him uniquely qualified to lead Neighborhood Health. Under their guidance, the organization is sure to continue its mission of providing quality healthcare to those in need.
Brian Haile completed their undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. Brian then attended the University of Cape Town, where they earned a Master of Arts in Health Economics. Next, they attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned a Juris Doctor. Finally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Master of Public Policy.
