Brendon Cummiskey

Behavioral Scientist at United Network For Organ Sharing

Brendon Cummiskey, PhD, is a behavioral scientist currently employed at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since October 2022. Prior to this position, Brendon served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, where two sections of Creativity & Ideation were taught to business undergraduates. At UVA McIntire School of Commerce, Brendon was a lecturer focusing on Behavioral Issues in Management and Managerial Decision Making. As a doctoral candidate at Olin Business School, Brendon taught an undergraduate Negotiation course, successfully transitioning it to a hybrid format with high instructor ratings. Experience also includes work as a research mentor at Lumiere Education, a research assistant at Human Resources Research Organization, and participation in The Social Behavior and Decisions Lab and The Cognitive Aging Lab during earlier academic years. Brendon holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Olin Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
