Aaron Chia

Aaron Chia began their work experience in 2008 as a Team Manager and FX Trader at COT TRADING LIMITED. Aaron then joined United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2011, where they held roles as a Corporate Treasury Dealer and later as the Head of Treasury for Business Banking. Aaron then became the Vice President of Digital Connectivity, Group Channels, and Digitalisation at UOB. In 2017, Aaron joined Western Union Business Solutions as the Head of FX and Digital Solutions, where they led customer managers in driving revenue growth and headed the digital management team. After leaving Western Union, Aaron returned to UOB as the Team Lead for Digital Plus (Wealth and Lifestyle) Product Owner, before becoming the Head of Rewards+ and Lead Product Owner for UOB TMRW Digital Bank.

Aaron Chia completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, studying from 2000 to 2004.
