NT Rajkumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Tribe Lead/Technical Delivery Manager at UOB since December 2021, NT has previously held roles such as Lead Scrum Master at DBS Bank and Agile Consultant/Senior Scrum Master at NCS Group. NT's career includes significant experiences as an Agile Coach at BNP Paribas and NCS Pte Ltd, along with a solid foundation in software engineering from earlier positions at Emerio Globesoft Pte Ltd and Tech Mahindra. NT holds a Master of Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
