Wye San Choi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Consultant at Alumni Services since October 2022, Wye San Choi specializes in digital transformation and implementation of disruptive technologies. Previously, Wye San Choi held the position of Vice President in Group Operational Excellence at OCBC Bank from September 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included cross-functional process re-design and competency building in transformation and continuous improvement methodologies.
