Alex Muniz

Alex Muniz is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in overseeing maintenance operations and team performance across various industries. Currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at United Pacific since June 2018, Alex manages the service department, focusing on repairs, projects, and compliance while assisting with financial planning and budgeting. Previously, as the Facilities Manager at nanoPrecision Products, responsibilities included managing building systems and establishing maintenance programs. Alex’s earlier roles include Facility Maintenance Manager at Smart and Final, where supply chain operations and recycling programs were coordinated, and Aircraft Maintenance Manager in the USAF, overseeing flight line maintenance technicians. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
