Adam C. Dennis Mba, Phr, Shrm-Cp, Ipma-Scp

Adam C. Dennis, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, IPMA-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adam C. started as the Assistant Archivist of UPCI Historical Center at United Pentecostal Church International, where they assisted global researchers and began electronic cataloging of archives. Adam C. then moved on to roles such as Human Resources Manager at Bluegrass Lawncare of St. Louis, LLC and Smarty Had A Party!, where they were responsible for managing human resources and safety concerns.

Adam later served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the City of St. Charles, MO and as a Senior HR Consultant at HR Professional Services LLC. Adam C. also volunteered as the Treasurer for NHRA - St. Louis (National Human Resources Association).

Currently, Adam holds the position of Human Resources Director at United Pentecostal Church International, supporting employees in their HR-related needs. Adam C. is also the Chief Human Resources Officer at Urshan College and teaches HR Management and Principles of Management classes within the Organizational Leadership program. Additionally, Adam is a Certified Biblical DISC Practitioner at Lead Like Jesus, using the DISC model for leadership development. Adam C. also teaches at Lindenwood University as an Adjunct Instructor.

Adam C. Dennis, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, IPMA-SCP, has an extensive education history. Adam C. obtained their MBA in Business/Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their BA in History from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, attending from 1999 to 2004. Adam C.'sfoundation for higher education started with a Diploma in College Prep from South Pemiscot High School, which they completed from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their academic achievements, Adam has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Adam C. became a Master Biblical DISC Practitioner by completing the certification program offered by Lead Like Jesus in May 2023. Before that, in November 2019, they earned the Biblical DISC Practitioner Certification from the same institution. Adam also holds the IPMA-Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP) designation, which they received from IPMA-HR in July 2016. Adam C. became a Notary Public in the state of Missouri in March 2015 and holds the title of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM since February 2015. One of their earliest certifications is as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®), which they obtained in January 2009 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
