Andre Nero Randall

Andre Nero Randall, M.Div., Ph.D., serves as the Pastor/Prophet and Founder of Living Waters and Refreshing Springs Ministries since 2001, focusing on evangelizing the un-churched. Randall also works as a Client/Sales Associate at Macy's since September 2019, and has been a Board Member at the United Planning Organization since January 2012, contributing to programs for low-income families. Since May 1993, Randall has held various roles at the DC Superior Court, including Mediator and Civil ADR Coordinator, overseeing the mediation process and managing a team of mediators. Previous experiences include serving as Pastor of Discipleship at Breath of Life Ministries Fellowship Center and as Pastor of Worship at Breath of Life Ministries, alongside military service as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 1987. Randall possesses advanced degrees in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Theology from New Hope and Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary.
