Lavonne Taliaferro-Bunch

LaVonne Taliaferro-Bunch is an experienced education and leadership professional currently serving as a board member at Joy of Motion Dance Center and Children's Theatre of Annapolis, as well as an advisory board member at United Planning Organization and The Arc of the Capital Area. In academia, Taliaferro-Bunch has been an adjunct professor at Bowie State University since August 2018 and has served as Executive Director of the I Lead Institute Foundation and CEO of iLead Educational Consulting. Taliaferro-Bunch held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Head of Schools at Excel Academy Public Charter Schools and worked as an Instructional Superintendent for the District of Columbia Public Schools, focusing on enhancing classroom learning techniques.
