Rohullah Wafa

Rohullah Wafa is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Procurement Officer at the United Planning Organization since September 2023, Rohullah has previously held positions as a Researcher in Procurement and Contract Management at the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), and as a Procurement Advisor at The World Bank. Earlier career roles include Logistics Officer at Global Technology Solutions Ltd. and Senior Procurement Officer/Administrative Analyst for the Independent Election of Afghanistan under a UNDP project. Rohullah holds a Master's degree in Procurement for Sustainable Development from ITCILO, an MBA in Human Resources Management and International Marketing from Noida International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kabul University.
