Joyce Cully

Joyce Cully has partnered with husband, Mike, for over 30 years to build United Plate Glass into a difference making company, both for the people employed there as well as the community in which it operates. A professional business woman, she has paired a keen awareness of the glass industry with sound judgement and resourcefulness to help turn UPG business plans into reality. Joyce learned early on from her father, who was also in the glass business, that hard work leads to success. As Controller, she oversees everything from finances and accounting to human resources. One of the most fulfilling parts of her job is the ability to institute programs which give back to the employees, who she sees as the most important part of UPG. She is also heavily involved in charity work and has spearheaded many initiatives to give back to the community. She and husband Mike have worked hard at building a successful business together, and worked equally as hard to give something back during that process.
