Jan Kulmann, SVP and Chief Operating Officer at United Power, Inc., is responsible for long-term transformational efforts in collaboration with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. With experience as Mayor of the City of Thornton, Mayor Pro Tem, Councilmember of Ward 4, and various leadership roles in companies like Xcel Energy, Whiting Petroleum Corporation, Noble Energy, Encana Corporation, Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., and CenterPoint Energy, Jan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operations, engineering, compliance, environmental health safety, and regulatory standards. Jan holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
