Phil Cattanach

Phil Cattanach is an accomplished executive in the commercial development industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Commercial Development at United Properties since April 2023. With a wealth of experience at The Opus Group® from 2010 to 2023, Phil held multiple leadership roles, culminating in Senior Vice President & General Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the Minneapolis and Des Moines offices and managing development teams across several states. Phil's professional background encompasses significant positions such as Vice President, Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager, each focused on various aspects of development and project management. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Opus Northwest and as a Company Commander in the US Army. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
