Jon Spear is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, and investment across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Development at United Protective Technologies since November 2020, Jon leads initiatives in nanocomposite materials for critical sectors like aerospace and defense. As a Partner at Perpetuate Capital, Jon aligns investor capital with promising opportunities in the lower middle market. Previously, Jon held roles including Managing Partner at Hickory Street Ventures and Business Development Manager at Verdant Frontiers, focusing on business growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Earlier experiences encompass an Associate position at Cherokee Investment Partners, a Senior Business Analyst role at Accenture, and an Intern role at Cherokee Investment Partners.
