Dan M. has a diverse range of work experience across multiple industries. Dan started their career at AAA Paintball as a Shop Manager, responsible for various managerial and customer service tasks. Dan then worked at Wal-Mart as an Overnight Stocker, where they learned the importance of hard work and teamwork. Dan later joined Best Buy as a Mobile Installer, quickly progressing to a leadership role and gaining experience in team building.

Dan then transitioned to Circuit City as a Sales and Installation Manager, overseeing the Car Entertainment section and managing sales staff. After that, Dan worked at Bitzer Scroll as a Machining and Quality Technician, where they quickly learned CNC programming and worked on a Coordinate Measuring Machine. Following this, they joined Moorehead Communications as an Assistant Manager, responsible for store-wide operations.

In 2012, Dan joined United Radio Communications, Inc. as the Sales & Innovation Department Manager. In this role, they worked with a team to develop marketable products and programs for the automotive aftermarket industry. Dan also coordinated the Product and Program Development Engineering Team, streamlining new product development processes using data-driven approaches.

In 2016, Dan started their own business, IPT Industries dba Syracuse 3D Printing, specializing in small business consulting and offering services such as network infrastructure installation, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping. Overall, Dan M. has gained extensive experience in management, sales, installation, and product development throughout their career.

Dan M. attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelors in Progress degree with a focus on Automotive Technology and Business Management. Dan also attended Morrisville State College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Automotive Technology.
