Rashida Royster

Rashida Royster is a professional musician at Greater Victory Church since July 2022 and also serves as a skip tracer at United Recovery & Remarketing, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Rashida coordinates with drivers and managers to gather new information on debtors and manages accounts lacking updates. Prior to these positions, Rashida worked at TeleTech from January 1999 to February 2014 as an at-home customer service agent and quality assurance specialist, where responsibilities included handling customer inquiries, updating account information, managing escalated calls, and training new employees. Rashida completed studies at Johnson County Community College from 2004 to 2006.
