Will Blazek

Will Blazek is an experienced leader in operational excellence and fleet management, currently serving as the Director of CES On-Site Operations at United Rentals since May 2012. In this role, Will develops and implements strategic corporate programs tailored to client-specific fleet management needs while collaborating with large equipment fleet owners to reduce operational costs. Previously, Will held various positions at RSC Equipment Rental, including Director of Operational Excellence and Sr. Branch Manager, where expertise in lean and six sigma principles was applied to enhance efficiencies across multiple regions. Other notable roles include Director of Market Sales & Operations at Allied Lube and Regional Manager at Shell Oil Company. Will began a career in operations management with Genuine Parts Company as Operations Manager at the NAPA Distribution Center. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Procurement from the University of Houston-Downtown.
