Charles Baxter

Charles has served as the company’s Vice President of Risk Management since 1998. He oversees and directs the company’s claims management, compliance and safety, and quality and training initiatives. Prior to joining United Road, Charles served as Manager of Environment, Health, and Safety between 1992 and 1998 for United Waste Systems, a waste management company based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University and a MA from Boston University where he received a Jesse B. Noyes Foundation Fellowship.
