Eric Schuffert

Eric Schuffert is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in high-pressure environments, currently serving at United Rotorcraft since July 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held program management positions at Amentum and served as Site Manager overseeing flight operations for the USAF F-16 aircraft, managing a large team and a program value exceeding $100,000,000. Eric has significant background in tactical aircraft maintenance, workforce management, and operational planning from experience in the Alabama Air National Guard and the 187th Fighter Wing.
