Richard D’Addario joined USS in 2023 as Senior Vice President, South Region. Prior to USS, Rich served in multiple commercial and operational leadership roles for Stericycle, a publicly held healthcare services company.

He is a strong leader with a track record of developing and implementing successful customer acquisition, business development and operational strategies.
