Lesly St. Louis has an extensive work history that spans over a decade. Lesly is currently the Director of Employment & DEI Programs at United Spinal Association since 2022. Lesly also briefly worked as an Assistant Supervisor at the New York State Assembly in 2012.

Lesly St. Louis began their education at LIC High School, where they completed their high school degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they attended Nassau Community College from 2006 to 2008, majoring in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Afterwards, Lesly transferred to LIU Post, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they pursued further education at LIU Post, completing a Master's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from 2010 to 2012.
