Lesly St.louis

Lesly St. Louis has an extensive work history that spans over a decade. Lesly is currently the Director of Employment & DEI Programs at United Spinal Association since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Northwell Health from 2017, where they held the role of Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager. In this role, they designed, developed, and managed a successful diversity and inclusion program across multiple hospitals and practices. Lesly also partnered with various teams to execute D&I strategies and programs, leading to the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce. Before Northwell Health, Lesly served as an Employment Specialist at AHRC Nassau in 2016, where they provided employment counseling and developed comprehensive supported employment services. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Paralegal at Rosicki Rosicki and Associates, where they provided legal support, engaged in community outreach, and recruited disabled citizens for employment opportunities. Lesly also worked at Fedcap in 2013 as an Employment Specialist, providing career counseling services to job seekers with criminal backgrounds. Additionally, Lesly worked at Abilities, Inc. in 2012 as an Assistant Placement Specialist, assisting individuals with disabilities in finding employment opportunities. Lesly also briefly worked as an Assistant Supervisor at the New York State Assembly in 2012.

Lesly St. Louis began their education at LIC High School, where they completed their high school degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they attended Nassau Community College from 2006 to 2008, majoring in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Afterwards, Lesly transferred to LIU Post, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they pursued further education at LIU Post, completing a Master's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from 2010 to 2012.
