Jaime Chang Neyra

Jaime Chang Neyra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health project management, currently serving as a Project Management Specialist and Public Health Specialist at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) since June 2020. Known for developing and implementing Global Health Security programs in Peru, Jaime has managed significant projects addressing COVID-19 responses and the integration of Venezuelan migrants across South America. Previously, roles included Zika USAID South America Regional Coordinator, activity manager for the South America Regional Infectious Diseases Program, and various temporary assignments in Mozambique and Zambia focusing on health supply chains and malaria management. Jaime holds a Master in Public Health and several other advanced degrees, further enhancing expertise in health and project management.
