Colby Lancelin

Colby T. Lancelin, CERP, serves as a Senior Planner and key administrator of econometric modeling at the Atlanta Regional Commission since March 2001, overseeing the long-range forecast modeling program and possessing expertise in research, forecasting methods, economics, and statistical analysis. In addition, Lancelin has held the role of Past President at The Atlanta Economics Club since September 2005, contributing to brand development and strategic planning efforts. Lancelin also serves as Chief, Human Resources for the US Army since 2011. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of South Alabama, along with advanced placement studies at the University of New Orleans and Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
