Elizabeth Howlett

Elizabeth Howlett is an experienced professional currently serving as an International Trade Analyst at the U.S. International Trade Commission since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Mathematics Teacher, specializing in Honors Geometry and Algebra 1 at Montgomery County Public Schools from May 2018 to June 2022, as well as filling in as a Substitute Teacher. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree in French with minors in Chemistry and Political Science from Louisiana State University, and a teacher certification in Middle School Math from Montgomery College.
