Monica Bhattacharyya

Monica Bhattacharyya has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Administrative Law Judge and previously as an Investigative Attorney at the U.S. International Trade Commission since July 2012. Prior to this role, Monica was a Partner at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP from August 2006 to July 2012 and began legal career as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2000 to 2003. Academically, Monica holds an A.B. in Biochemistry from Harvard University and a J.D. in Law from Yale Law School.
