Kirsten Cooper, Psy.D., CMPC, is an accomplished sport and performance psychologist with extensive experience in high-performance consulting. As the Founder, CEO, and Lead Performance Consultant at Human Potential and High-Performance Consulting since May 2018, Kirsten has been instrumental in enhancing athlete performance. Currently serving as a Psychological Services Provider for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and a Sport and Performance Psychologist for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, Kirsten brings specialized expertise to elite athletes. Previous roles include a Performance Optimization Fellow at Howard Head Sports Medicine and various internships at the University of Denver and the University of Northern Colorado. Kirsten's educational background includes a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts (MA) in Sport & Performance Psychology, both from the University of Denver. Additionally, Kirsten has a foundation in competitive sports as a former student athlete at the University of Colorado Boulder.
