Peter Navin

Peter Navin has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and consulting. Peter is currently the Chief People Officer at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Previously, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Grand Rounds Health and DocuSign, where they were responsible for driving the company's culture and leading various HR functions. Peter also held senior positions at Shutterfly, Inc. and Electronic Arts, where they played a key role in architecting high-performance cultures and leading HR divisions. Additionally, Navin has experience as a consultant and board member in the education and technology sectors.

Peter Navin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In 2012, they also completed the Directors' College 2012 Executive Education Program at Stanford University's Rock Center for Corporate Governance.
