Patrick Urda currently serves as a Judge at the United States Tax Court since October 2018. Prior to this position, Patrick practiced as an Appellate Attorney at the Department of Justice from 2006 to September 2018. Patrick gained judicial experience as a Clerk for the Honorable Daniel A. Manion at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit between 2004 and 2006. Earlier in Patrick's career, legal roles were held at Maciorowski, Sackmann & Ulrich and McDermott Will & Emery from 2001 to 2004. Patrick earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Notre Dame.
