Kelly Price Noble

Kelly Price Noble, DHA, MAOM, is currently serving as the National Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager at U.S.VETS. Kelly is also the Principal at KAPN Consulting: Innovative Solutions LLC since February 2012. With a background in healthcare and education, Kelly has worked with various organizations such as Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, Antioch University, and the American Lung Association. Additionally, Kelly has authored a book and has experience in clinical research and executive leadership roles at VA San Diego Health Care System. Kelly holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master's in Organizational Management, and various certificates in Customer Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, and Community Economic Development.
