Eric Speece

Eric Speece has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eric is currently the Director of Strategic Accounts at United Sugars Corporation, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, Eric worked as the Strategic Account Sales Manager at the same company from June 2017 to January 2020. Before joining United Sugars Corporation, Eric worked at Cargill for 11 years. Eric'sroles at Cargill included Commercial/Risk Manager, Sugar Trader/Merchant & Product Line Advisor, Senior Sugar Merchant/Cross-border Trader, and Senior Treasury Analyst. Eric also has experience in sales and marketing, having worked at Misty Flowers INC as the Sales/Marketing Manager for the Farm Direct Program. Eric started their career as an Account Manager at World Commerce Online and later worked as a Sales Representative at Flortec S.A. Eric has a diverse background, even working as a Hotel Manager at Red Mangrove Galapagos Lodges and as a Volunteer English Teacher at WorldTeach.

Eric Speece earned their B.A. degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Eric later pursued an MBA degree in Global Finance from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, graduating in 2006.
