Marcus Cobb

Marcus Cobb began their work experience in 2009 as an Admissions Advisor and Outreach Associate at ODLE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC, where they conducted interviews and assessments for prospective and future student employees within the Job Corps program. MARCUS also obtained background information and maintained student employee case files. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Off-Broadway Choreographer, Dancer, and Costume Designer at iLuminate, where they organized conceptual stories of movement through dance and technology and directed and choreographed dance sequences. MARCUS also designed costumes using Electroluminescent Wire. In 2015, Marcus joined Pager as a Brand Ambassador and Health Care Aide, where they established new client sign-ups, aided in physical eye exams for Uber drivers, and managed client/doctor communications. MARCUS also worked as a Commercial Instructor at Peridance Center and a Commercial Choreographer, Dancer, and Instructor at Bloc Nyc, where they provided movement coaching techniques, created choreographed sequences, and assisted in mock auditions. Since 2017, Marcus has been working at Broadway Dance Center as an Instructor and Pro Sem Instructor, facilitating classroom curriculum, supporting pre-professional students, and providing performance feedback. Most recently, in 2022, they joined United Talent Agency as a Commercial Choreographer and Dancer.

Marcus Cobb obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2009.
