Micaylah N. has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2022, they worked as an Assistant in Entertainment and Culture Marketing at United Talent Agency, where they advised prestigious brands on cultural strategies and alliances.

Prior to that, in 2022, they were a Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern at Wasserman, specializing in raising the visibility and inclusion of women in sports, entertainment, and culture. Micaylah developed social media strategies, designed newsletters, and brainstormed ideas to support equity and fairness for women in these industries.

In 2019, Micaylah held multiple roles at Ohio University. Micaylah served as a Business Teaching Assistant and Peer Coach, providing career guidance and coaching to business students. Micaylah also worked as a Peer Mentor for the Office of Multicultural Student Access and Retention, supporting first-year multicultural scholars. Additionally, they served as a Tour Guide for the university.

As President of the Association of Multicultural Sport Professionals from 2019 to 2022, Micaylah scheduled and facilitated meetings, communicated with members, led recruitment strategies, and organized networking trips to promote unity and cultural awareness within the sport management field.

Micaylah also co-founded the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Phi Chi Theta at Ohio University in 2018. Through this role, they presented diversity initiatives, organized events, and facilitated panels to educate and promote inclusivity within the organization and the College of Business.

Micaylah has also gained experience through internships with Creative Artists Agency, where they worked with the CAA Foundation, and Wasserman, where they contributed to projects and conducted research on partnerships with sports organizations.

Lastly, they participated in the Atlanta Hawks Virtual Sales Academy in 2020 and worked as a Marketing, Sales, and Promotions Intern at Southern Ohio Copperheads, where they gained experience in these areas.

Overall, Micaylah N. has a strong background in marketing, social media, brand partnerships, diversity and inclusion, career coaching, and sports management.

Micaylah N. completed their high school education at New Albany High School from 2014 to 2018. Micaylah then attended Ohio University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Sport Management and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Micaylah N. has obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they achieved the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot. Micaylah also obtained certifications in Inbound, Social Media Marketing, and SEO from HubSpot Academy in 2021. In early 2022, Micaylah N. obtained the Content Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy and the Nonprofit Essentials Certification from NonprofitReady. Their most recent certification, the Nonprofit Marketing Essentials Certificate, was obtained from NonprofitReady in March 2022.
