Sophie Griffin-Appadoo

Sophie Griffin-Appadoo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sophie began their career as an Admin Assistant and Artist Manager for Cat Black at Tyranocorp, a local artist management company and bookings agency. Sophie handled gig promotion, event booking, and artist management tasks. Sophie then worked as a Coordinator/Programmer for the Lunchtime Mall Sessions at The West Australian Music Industry Association, where they organized musical performances.

Sophie later interned at The Agency Group in their Rock Department, gaining valuable experience in the music industry. Following this, Sophie worked as a Local Artist Booking Agent at Griffin Music on a freelance basis.

Sophie then joined Tate Recruitment as a Temporary Receptionist before transitioning to TOPRA, a professional membership development organization in the healthcare industry. At TOPRA, Sophie took on the roles of Office Services Coordinator/Receptionist and Marketing Assistant/Membership Relations. Sophie'sresponsibilities included managing office administration tasks, assisting the finance department, coordinating meetings and teleconferences, arranging travel accommodations, and troubleshooting IT issues.

Sophie's next career move was to MAPELEY ESTATES LIMITED, where they held multiple roles. Sophie started as a Receptionist, then became a Service Charge Administrator, and eventually a Junior Service Charge Accountant. Sophie'sduties included invoicing, processing payments, managing service charge accounts, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Following their time at MAPELEY ESTATES LIMITED, Sophie worked as a Temporary Customer Care Administrator at Links of London before joining Kilimanjaro Live Ltd as a Temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Most recently, Sophie has joined United Talent Agency as a Contract Administrator to the Global Head of Touring.

Sophie Griffin-Appadoo has a strong background in music education. Sophie attended Mount Lawley Senior High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their High School Diploma with a focus on Years 8 - 12. Following their high school education, Sophie pursued further music studies at the Central Institute of Technology. In 2007, they completed a Certificate III in Musical Performance. In the subsequent year, 2008, they obtained a Certificate IV in Music Performance. Sophie continued their education at the Central Institute of Technology in 2009, completing a Diploma in Music Business. Sophie'spursuit of music education culminated in 2011, when they earned an Advanced Diploma in Music Business from the Central Institute of Technology.
