Sam Mancuso

Sam Mancuso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality systems and compliance within the pharmaceutical and health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Quality at United Therapeutics Corporation since March 2014, Sam has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and AVP of Global Quality Systems and Compliance. Sam is also an active member of the Howard County Health Department Material Advisory Committee. Previously, Sam founded and led RuzzMan LLC, overseeing web ventures and financial operations. Prior roles include Director of Quality Systems and Compliance at United Therapeutics, Director of Quality Assurance at Lung Rx, and Director of Quality Assurance at Unither Pharmaceuticals. Sam’s career began at Chesapeake Biological Labs, where a role as Director of QA/RA was held from 1995 to 2005. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Health, Science, and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a BS in Biology from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
