Sam Crook

Sam Crook is an experienced professional with a robust background in regulatory analysis and investment planning. Currently serving as the Regulatory Analysis Manager at United Utilities since March 2012, Sam focuses on price review, cost assessment, econometrics, financial modeling, and business plan strategy and development. Previously, Sam held the position of Senior Programme Controller, contributing to investment planning and integrated business planning. Earlier career roles include serving as a PR14 Business Analyst at KMI+ and as a Commercial Assistant. Sam holds a Master's degree in Energy Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Stirling, along with an educational foundation from the Royal Grammar School Newcastle.
