Maureen Barr

Maureen Barr is the Regional Director of Human Resources - East at United Utility since March 2023. Prior to this role, Maureen worked as a Senior Advisor in Human Resources at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. from January 2022 to March 2023. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Keuka College, Maureen has had extensive experience in human resources roles at various prominent companies such as DHL Express, Florida Public Utilities Company, Publix Super Markets, Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, and Upstate Medical University.
