Brian Skvarch MS, MBA

Brian Skvarch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at United Veterinary Care since May 2023. Prior to that, from July 2022 to May 2023, Brian worked as the Director of Data Engineering at Bloomscape, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's data roadmap and leading the team's work efforts.

From November 2021 to July 2022, Brian served as the Competency Lead - BI&A at 3Cloud, where they focused on the development and growth of technical and consultative skillsets for a team of consultants. Brian also provided technical oversight on multiple projects and conducted technical interviews for the BI&A practice.

Before joining 3Cloud, Brian held multiple roles at CCG from December 2019 to November 2021. These roles included Architect, Senior Consultant, and Business Intelligence Consultant. As a Business Intelligence Consultant, they were involved in designing scalable data warehousing architectures, developing and optimizing tabular models for self-service analytics, and creating compelling data stories through Power BI.

Prior to CCG, Brian worked at Marxent as a Senior BI Analyst: Lead from February 2019 to December 2019. In this role, they managed the SAAS analytics department, performed application analysis across multiple retail channels, and created client-facing reports using SQL and Power BI. Brian also held other positions within Marxent, including Senior BI Analyst: Retail and BI Analyst.

Brian started their career at Florida Orthopaedic Institute as a Business Analyst from December 2015 to June 2017, where they recovered significant revenue through data mining and analysis projects, designed ad-hoc reports, and oversaw revenues through high-value procedure management. Before that, they worked as an Athletic Trainer at both Florida Orthopaedic Institute and the University of South Florida.

Brian obtained an Associate's Degree in Pre-Athletic Training from Indian River State College in 2010. Brian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Athletic Training/Trainer at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2012. Brian further pursued their passion for athletic training by obtaining a Master's Degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2014. To expand their knowledge and skills in business management, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in MIS/General Management at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg from 2016 to 2018. Brian's educational journey showcases their dedication to both the healthcare and business sectors.
