Lisa Kogan-Praska

Lisa Kogan-Praska serves as the President & CEO of United Way Fox Cities since January 2024. Previously, Lisa held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Boys & Girls Club of the Bay & Lakes Region from May 2020 to January 2024. Earlier roles include Vice President of Client Strategy at illumyx, and President & CEO at Catalpa Health. Lisa's career began at Human Services Inc. as Director of Business Services, followed by a role as Regional Business Development Coordinator at Hillcrest Healthcare System. Lisa also worked at Affinity Health System as Director of Employer Solutions and Customer Experience. Lisa holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
