Karla Isley

Karla Isley serves as the President and CEO of United Way of Cass-Clay since September 2021, leading community initiatives through collaboration, strategic vision, and goal execution. Prior to this role, Karla held several vice president positions at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC, from March 2013 to September 2021, including responsibilities for organizational strategy, innovation, project management for Medicare contracts, and contract administration. Earlier experience includes roles at Noridian Administrative Services, LLC, from January 2007 to March 2013. Karla holds a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota Crookston, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
