Dejah Cyrus

Dejah Cyrus currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development at United Way of Central Indiana, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dejah was the Assistant Director of Student Life, Development & Leadership at Ivy Tech Community College from November 2022 to August 2023. Dejah has also worked as a Life & Leadership Development Coach at Indy Public Safety Foundation and as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. In earlier experience, Dejah functioned as a Subject Matter Expert and Sales Representative at eHealth, Inc. Dejah Cyrus is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Saint Francis, expected to graduate in August 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marian University Indianapolis, obtained in 2019.
