Thuan T (Twan)

Thuan "Twan" T has extensive experience in tax preparation and educational support, currently serving as Site Coordinator for the Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program at United Way of Connecticut since January 2012. In this role, responsibilities include utilizing Tax Wise software for federal and state tax returns, auditing volunteer-prepared returns, and conducting client interviews to assess filing status. Prior experience includes positions as a Dietary Service Representative and Administrative Assistant at Windham Hospital, as well as project management and research roles at Eastern Connecticut State University, where significant projects involved analyzing factors affecting higher education and developing comprehensive business plans. Thuan T holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with an Associate of Science in Accounting, all obtained from Eastern Connecticut State University. Additionally, Thuan T volunteered as a math tutor, providing support in Algebra and Mathematics at Quinebaug Valley Community College.
