Erin Brenner, M.Ed. has extensive work experience in the education field. Erin most recently served as the Senior Director of Student Success at the United Way of Delaware, where they led the development and execution of the GUIDES pilot program in Delaware Middle Schools. Erin collaborated with the GUIDES research team and served as a program liaison with the DDOE and the University of Delaware Biden School. Prior to this role, Erin worked as the Director of Outcomes and Impact at the United Way of Delaware. Erin also worked as a Professional Development Specialist at the Delaware Association for the Education of Young Children. Earlier in their career, Erin served as the Education Director/COO at Back to Basics Learning Dynamics & Back to Basics K-12 1-on-1 Private School. Erin also worked as a Teacher at St. David's Episcopal Day School and as an Assistant Director/Academic Tutor at Back to Basics Learning Dynamics & Back to Basics K-12 1-on-1 Private School. Erin's experience also includes working as an ELA Teacher at St. Thomas the Apostle.
Erin Brenner, M.Ed. obtained a Master of Education in School Leadership and Administration from Wilmington University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Elizabethtown College, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Erin Brenner obtained an Early Childhood Administrator certification in September 2009 and a Teacher of Early Childhood/Primary Education Birth - Grade 4 certification, as well as a Teacher of Elementary Education K-6 certification, both in July 1994.
