Janelle Martin

Janelle Martin possesses extensive experience in operations, administration, and program development within various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Administrative Services Manager at United Way of Greater Charlotte since June 2018, Janelle has a strong foundation in managing third party relationships and foundational events from prior roles at Novant Health Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte. Janelle's career began in education as a third grade teacher at Landis Elementary and Royal Oaks Elementary, and the transition to roles in community relations and program coordination showcases a diverse skill set in staff development, community engagement, and administrative support. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University, earned in 2000.
